A Night Around the Campfire

Before you burn it all down—put a firebreak in

A Night Around the Campfire is a circuit-breaker for business owners running on empty. Reset your head. Get clear. Leave with one next move.

Next date: Saturday 7 February 2026

Location: Within 1 hour and 30 minutes of the Gold Coast (exact pin after acceptance)

Numbers: Up to 10 men

Investment: $749

The moment this is for

You’ve built something real.

But lately it feels like the business owns you.

You’re carrying too much, thinking through fog, reacting instead of leading.

And if you’re honest, part of you is negotiating a scorched-earth option—torch it, walk away, start again—just to breathe.

This night is designed for the moment before you make that call.

What you’ll leave with

This isn’t a “nice night away”. It’s a reset with an outcome.

You’ll walk away with:

• A proper downshift—giving you a chance to clear your head and think again

• Clarity on what’s actually driving the burnout (not just symptoms)

• One decision + a 48-hour action to regain control immediately

• A plan for the next 7 days that doesn’t rely on motivation

What the night actually looks like

Arrival: 2:30pm–3:00pm

Orientation: 3:00pm–3:30pm - Phones off + handed in after you message home; emergency contact process explained.

Facing the Fog: 3:30pm–6:00pm - A hike with packs, guided framing + circle.

Facing Challenges: 6:00pm–9:00pm - Solve what needs solving, work together.

Night Watch & Stories: 9:00pm–midnight - Stories of survival and turning points.

Sleep Around the Fire: midnight–sunrise - Sleeping under the stars.

The Dawn Vision: Sunrise–8:00am - Silence, light, clarity.

Closing Circle: 8:30am–9:00am - Threads pulled tight; what comes next.

Note: there are a couple of elements that only make sense when they’re revealed on the night. You’ll be prepared, you’ll be safe, and you won’t be asked to do anything reckless—but you won’t get the full script in advance. That’s part of why it works.

This is strictly a no drugs or alcohol event.

What this is / isn’t

This is: practical, structured, grounded. Fire, responsibility, reflection that turns into action.

This isn’t: group therapy, forced vulnerability, motivational hype, chest-beating.  You choose your level of sharing. No one gets put on the spot to perform.
